SPOT the electronic satellite messenger is approved for sale and use in Switzerland!

The new IsatPhone PRO from Inmarsat!

The IsatPhone PRO, which Inmarsat has introduced is, a rugged handset with a shock-resistant chassis and the ability to survive temperatures between minus 20 degrees Celsius and 55 degrees Celsius. The built-in battery has a rated talktime of 8 hours and a standby of about four days. The phone supports Bluetooth for handsfree calling, voicemail, text messaging, email and GPS. There's also an app that lets the user manage his IsatPhone Pro account via a secure Web portal.

Designed for professionals

IsatPhone Pro will offer satellite telephony, with Bluetooth for handsfree use, voicemail, and text and email messaging. Location data will also be available to the user to look up or send in a text message.

Designed primarily for professional users in the government, media, aid, oil and gas, mining and construction sectors, this is the first handset to be purpose-built for the Inmarsat network.
